How to Participate ?

1) Download the PDF containing the following documents:

  • the rules and regulations
  • the participation procedures
  • the entry form
  • the product registration form

2) Read carefully the Rules & Regulations and the Participation Procedures.

3) Refer to the Timetable for shipment of your registration forms and samples. (You will also find these dates in the participation procedures that you have just downloaded.) (More)

4) Fill in the entry form and the product registration form thoroughly.

5) Send these two forms (as well as an English translated front and back label per product) to Monde Selection by fax, e-mail or post.

6) You will then receive by email a confirmation of your participation with the invoice. Payment by transfer is due upon reception of this invoice. All bank charges are at customer’s costs.

7) Send your corresponding samples and the translated labels according to the Shipping Instructions and the timetable (as in the participation procedures).

8) Tasting will take place from end of December through April.

9) All results will be announced end of April.

10) The Closing Ceremony will happen at the end of May – early June in a major European city.
