The long experience of Monde Selection’s judges, most of whom have been participating for over 25 years, guarantees a good and fair evaluation of the quality of your product.

Thanks to this long lasting experience, our judges are able to evaluate products coming from all over the world.

Our jury is made up of numerous experts in brewing and fermentation technology, professors and lecturers, professional tasters and chemical engineers.

The long time partnership between Monde Selection and the Institut Meurice for the judgment and the analysis of beers, waters and soft drinks also guarantees the quality of our services.

The Institut Meurice is worldwide renowned since 1897 for its expertise in Science of Brewing and Fermentation Technology.

This high school advises food companies in their research for quality. It is also the most important higher education school for industrial engineering and Master in sciences, chemistry and biochemistry.

The assessment sessions last for 4 months at a maximum rate of 10 to 15 products a day.

The Beers, Waters and Soft Drinks jury is chaired by Mrs C. Liétar, an eminent and recognised retired lecturer & professor. She used to work as an expert in the brewery industry.
