  Jury

The long experience of Monde Selection’s judges, most of whom have been participating for over 25 years, guarantees a good and fair evaluation of the quality of your product.

Thanks to this long lasting experience, our judges are able to evaluate products coming from all over the world. They perfectly know the culinary cultures of all 5 continents.

The jury is made up of Europeans, Japanese, Chinese members, etc...

Our institute also thrives to maintain our jury’s experience by sometimes, as it was the case in 2009 in Japan, organizing special tasting sessions abroad.

Of course, all jury members are qualified professionals such as

• Michelin starred chefs
• members of the French Culinary Academy
• master bakers and confectioners
• university lecturers
• nutrition consultants

The assessment sessions last for 4 months at a rate of 20 products a day.

The Food jury is chaired by Mr A. Viatour, a retired lecturer and gastronomic columnist.
