  How to Participate ?

1) Download the PDF containing the following documents: the rules and regulations, the participation procedures, the entry form and the product registration form :

• For Chocolates, Confectionery, Biscuits and Cereal based products.
• For other Food products.

2) Read carefully the Rules & Regulations and the Participation Procedures.

3) Refer to the Timetable for shipment of your registration forms and samples. (You will also find these dates in the participation procedures that you have just downloaded). (More)

4) Fill in the entry form and the product registration form thoroughly.

5) Prepare a complete English translated file of the product containing:

• One front and back label
• A complete list of ingredients and the preparation and consumption instructions

6) Send all these documents to Monde Selection by fax, e-mail or post.

7) You will then receive by email a confirmation of your participation with the invoice. Payment by transfer is due upon reception of this invoice. All bank charges are at customer’s costs.

8) Send your corresponding samples and the translated labels according to the Shipping Instructions and the timetable (as in the participation procedures).

• For fresh and frozen products, please add 1 empty packaging with your samples for the exhibition.

9) Evaluations will take place from end of December through April.

10) All results will be announced end of April

11) The Closing Ceremony will happen at the end of May – early June in a major European city.
