The International Wine Contest

 How to Participate ?

1) Download the PDF containing the following documents:

• rules and regulations
• participation procedures
• entry form

2) Read carefully the Rules & Regulations and the Participation Procedures.

3) Refer to the Timetable for shipment of your entry form and samples. (You will also find these dates in the participation procedures that you have just downloaded.)

4) Fill in the entry form thoroughly.

5) Prepare a complete English translated file of the product containing:

• One front and back label
• An official statement of analysis indicating the levels of alcohol, sugar, acidity, sulphites,…

6) Send all these documents to Monde Selection by fax, e-mail or post.

7) You will then receive by email a confirmation of your participation with the invoice. Payment by transfer is due upon reception of this invoice. All bank charges are at customer’s costs.

8) Send your corresponding samples and translated labels according to the Shipping Instructions and the timetable (as in the participation procedures).

9) Tasting will take place between March and April.

10) All results will be announced end of April by e-mail and by post.

11) The results of the contest will also be published on our website. (results 2010)

12) Each rewarded product will receive a diploma and a medal.

13) Wine stickers representing the Monde Selection medals can be ordered.
