How to participate ?
The participation procedures and the evaluating sessions happen annually as follows:
1) According to the type of product, download the corresponding PDF containing the following documents:
- Rules and Regulations & Participation Procedures
- Entry form
- Product Registration Form
2) Read carefully the Rules & Regulations and the Participation Procedures.
3) Refer to the Timetable for shipment of your registration forms and samples. (You will also find these dates in the participation procedures that you have just downloaded). (More)
4) Fill in the Entry form and the Product Registration Form thoroughly.
5) Refer to the Entry Form for additional required information.
6) Send these documents to Monde Selection by fax, e-mail or post.
7) The invoice will be sent by email as confirmation of participation. Payment is due by bank transfer upon reception of this invoice. All bank charges are at customer’s costs.
8) Send your corresponding samples with copy of the Entry Form according to the Shipping Instructions and the timetable.
9) All testing and tasting sessions will take place from end of December through April.
10) All results will be announced end of April by email and post.
11) The Closing Ceremony will happen at the end of May – early June in a major European city.
