Shipping Instructions

Step 1 : Refer to the annual timetable

Step 2 : Prepare the following samples :

For Spirits & Liqueurs:

• 8 samples if capacity per product is < 70 cl
• 4 samples if capacity per product is > 70 cl

For Beers, Waters and non-alcoholic Beverages:

• 8 bottles or cans if capacity per product is < 1 litre
• 4 bottles or cans if capacity per product is > 1 litre

For Food Products:

• 8 units per product if < 250 gr or 250 ml
• 5 units per product if > 250 gr or 250 ml

For fresh and frozen products, please add 1 empty packaging with your samples for the exhibition.

For Diet and Health Products, Cosmetics and Toiletries:

• 4 units per product

For Wines:

• 4 bottles per product

For Tobacco:

• 10 packets for cigarettes
• 20 units for cigars or cigarillos

Step 3 : Contact your transporter and consider the following instructions :

All parcels and samples are to be shipped CIF (Costs, Insurance and Freight), taxes and duty paid, to Monde Selection Brussels:

Please ask your forwarder/transporter to handle goods clearance.

If your transporter is unable to handle this, goods can be handed over for clearance to Herfurth Logistics. In this case, administrative, warehousing and delivery costs will be charged per shipment (minimum 160 EUR).

• For airfreight dispatch, please indicate in the “Accounts Information” box on the Airway Bill: Delivered Duty Paid
• Please specify on parcel packaging, name of consignor and reference: World selection “Samples for Analysis”
• Please enclose one pro forma invoice specifying: “Samples for analysis and laboratory tests to be destroyed after analysis”
