Shipping Instructions

Step 1 : Refer to the annual timetable

Step 2 : Prepare the following samples :

For Spirits & Liqueurs:

• 8 samples if capacity per product is < 70 cl
• 4 samples if capacity per product is > 70 cl

For Beers, Waters and non-alcoholic Beverages:

• 8 samples if capacity per product is < 1 litre
• 5 samples if capacity per product is > 1 litre

For Food Products:

• 8 samples per product if < 250 gr or 250 ml
• 5 samples per product if > 250 gr or 250 ml

For fresh and frozen products, please add 1 empty packaging with your samples for the exhibition.

For Diet and Health Products, Cosmetics and Toiletries:

• 4 samples per product

For Wines:

• 4 samples per product

For Tobacco:

• 12 packets for cigarettes
• 20 units for cigars or cigarillos

Step 3 : Contact your transporter and consider the following instructions :

All parcels and samples are to be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), to Monde Selection:

Do not forget to:

• Join a copy of your entry form with your samples
• Mention on your package: World Selection “samples for analysis to be destroyed after analysis ”
• Enclose a pro forma invoice for the customs. Please also mention the following:
  • Samples for analysis and laboratory tests to be destroyed after analysis
  • No commercial value, value for customs purposes only: ..................Euro
• Send a copy of the air waybill and the pro forma invoice by email: info@monde-selection.com
• As Monde Selection is not responsible for import/duty fees, ask your transporter to handle the clearance of your products. If your transporter is unable to handle this for some products, goods can be handed over for clearance to Herfurth Logistics. In this case, administrative, warehousing and delivery costs will be billed back (minimum 170 Euro).
