For the International Wine Contest Jury as well as for the Spirits & Liqueurs Selection's Jury, we are supported by numerous oenologists, sommeliers, professional tasters, professors, specialty judges and chemists from a diversity of countries. O.I.V (International Wine Organisation) rules & regulations are used where applicable, and key members of the organisation participate and consult in both the International Wine Contest and the Spirits & Liqueurs Selections.
The President of the International Wine contest and Spirits & Liqueur Selection, MrBessemans, is an eminent and recognised wine specialist. He has been President of the Spirits & Liqueur Selection and International Wine Contest for more than 10 years.
The Beer & Soft Drinks Selection Jury panel is handled by a wide array of Brewery Professors, Chemical Engineers, Researchers as well as the Technical Analysis Support (Chromatographic analysis,…) of the Meurice Research & Development Center. Mrs Lietar, President of the Jury, is member of numerous professional and industry linked associations.

TheDiet & Health Juryas well as the Non Food Selections Jury (Cosmetic & Toiletries Products and Tobacco Products) is handed over to the Brucefo and Biotox laboratory, and headed by the Selection president, Mrs Liane Deweghe. Mrs Deweghe has been present at Monde Selection for nearly a decade and is involved in the Certification and Laboratory management.
It is important to remind that Each and Eevery product is analysed and tested in accordance to its description and graded in accordance with predetermined marking grids, but also with respect to European Health and Safety Regulations (where applicable).
