All use of the elements belonging to Monde Selection’s corporate identity will respect the Monde Selection’s corporate identity guidelines and where applicable local legislations.
Any article, press release, video, Internet or other media support using or referring to an element of Monde Selection’s corporate identity will have to be validated by Monde Selection’s Image Protection Service prior to publication.

2.1.2. Obligation/Restrictions: - The European Market Medals can only be used with the compulsory mention of the Year of attribution of the medal.
- The medal can only be displayed on the awarded product.
- The European Market Medals can only be used on all any marketing & advertising media (including packaging) of the awarded product for a period of 5 years starting from year of award (starting date: reception of award per post).
- Only Grand Gold medals can use the Palm Leaves in the design

2.1.3. Support: - Any and all support can be used for the European Market Medals – as described in point 2.1.1. - as long as the obligations described in point 2.1.2. are respected.

4.1 The High International Quality Trophy The High International Quality Trophy is awarded to Products achieving Grand Gold or Gold for 3 consecutive years This trophy is given to the winning company. There is no picture of the Trophy available. The use of the High International Quality Trophy is free as long as:

4.2. The Crystal Prestige Trophy The Crystal Prestige Trophy is awarded to Companies achieving Quality Awards for ten consecutive year This Trophy is given to the winning company. There is no picture of the Trophy available. The use of the Crystal Prestige Trophy is free as long as:
