The Annual Awards Ceremony is taking place at the Hofburg Palace, situated in the heart of Vienna. The Imperial palace is a majestic architectural masterpiece that has served as the seat of power for centuries, offering visitors a glimpse into the grandeur of the Habsburg dynasty.
Dress Code :
Attendees have the option to join the full ceremony or solely the part where they will be called on stage for their awards. A break is planned between these parts.
The ceremony will be followed by a dinner at Palais Ferstel, located at 450m from the Hofburg Palace. Its architectural beauty provides insight into the leisure class of the Habsburg Empire.

Meeting point at the Hotel
Our guided tour will take you through the heart of the historic city center. You’ll be transported back in time to the imperial era when Vienna flourished as a center of trade and culture. Next, we’ll make our way to the Palais Todesco, where we’ll enjoy a lunch served amidst historic elegance, the famous Gerstner. We’ll continue our journey to the enchanting Gardenpalais Liechtenstein. Here, you will have the exclusive opportunity to explore the princely collection. We will conclude our tour with a magical experience—a private concert of classical music within the halls of Gardenpalais Liechtenstein.

The Dinner on June 1st at Palais Ferstel is 180 € per person.
The Ceremony and Dinner are distinct events held at separate locations. Participants have the option to attend both, or only the ceremony or solely the dinner.
Should you not be able to attend, we would welcome Embassy delegates or any other appropriate officials.
Monde Selection’s directors and staff will be staying at the Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof.

The company’s representative will be invited to come on stage where the awards and diplomas will be handed over by Monde Selection Managing Directors.
The awards and diplomas will be sent from the Monde Selection office, by regular mail, by the end of June to the address mentioned on your result notification. Should you prefer to receive the above by express courier service (at your expense) such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS… please contact us by email before May 10th. Please do not forget to mention your express courier and account number.
Monde Selection’s camera crew will capture the event by taking photographs and filming the ceremony, each individual handover of the awards and the dinner. You will have the opportunity to order a photo/video reportage before or during the event.
Two different media packages are available:
A general photo reportage of the event including your photo on the stage.
A custom video reportage of the ceremony including your appearance on stage.
The media packages will be sent via an online file transfer service, such as WeTransfer shortly after the ceremony.
