This beer boasts a beautiful appearance with a moderately long-lasting and bright foam head with large bubbles.

The aroma is clean and pleasant, characterised by enticing notes of exotic fruits and a subtle maltiness.

The first sip reveals a very well-dosed bitterness perfectly balanced out by the sweetness of exotic fruits. The use of clean hop pellets ensures a smooth bitterness while the large bubbles create a satisfying mouthfeel.

It features a dry, fine to medium body with a rather discreet saturation level.

Experts on the Monde Selection judging panel were impressed by this beer’s fine qualities, nominating it for the 2024 Jury Prize.
