Timeline World Quality Awards 2027
At Monde Selection, we understand that our clients’ promotional and communication plans do not all follow the same calendar. This is why, starting with the 2027 World Quality Awards, we are introducing a more flexible registration and evaluation calendar, designed to better align with the way our clients plan and communicate throughout the year.
Recognition, timed to your promotional calendar.
Choose the period that fits your timeline
Registration and sample reception share the same deadline within each period, and the periods apply across all product categories.
Early
- Registration & samples before Dec 1, 2026
- Results 1st week of February 2027
Official
- Registration & samples before Feb 1, 2027
- Results 1st week of April 2027
Late
- Registration & samples before Apr 1, 2027
- Results 1st week of June 2027
The official announcement, revealing your final result (Grand Gold Award, Gold Award, or Nominee Label), is sent by email according to your registration period. Except for late participants, products awarded a Gold or Grand Gold Quality Award are invited to the Annual Awards Ceremony, held in early June in a major European city.
Clients wishing to obtain their results earlier may register within the Early period and receive them by the first week of February 2027, allowing more time to integrate the award into their communication and promotional activities.

How to participate?
Register & send your product
Register your product online. The shipping instructions will be provided along with the confirmation of your participation.
Products are evaluated
Your product is carefully evaluated by a Jury of experts and/or analysed in one of our partner laboratories.
Awards announcement
Final results are sent out along with all media assets, so you can start promoting your award right away. Results are sent several times a year, based on your registration date and when your samples were received.
Annual Awards Ceremony
Products awarded a Gold or Grand Gold Quality Award (over 80 points in the evaluation) are invited to the Annual Awards Ceremony, held in early June in a major European city.
Sending your samples, wherever you are
Wherever their production is based, our clients can continue to send samples to several locations worldwide: Europe (Belgium), Tokyo, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Taipei.
