A majestically natural mineral water

Agrafa is a mountainous massif in Greece that is located in the regional districts of Eurytania and Kardítsa.

The massif is home to mainly small villages and has been partially included in the Tzoumérka-Achelóos-Ágrafa-Meteora National Park since 2018. This is the southernmost part of the Pindus massif found in the north-eastern part of mainland Greece.

It is here, at an altitude of 1100 metres, that Theoni mineral water is sourced from a natural spring. The water is directly bottled in its natural state without undergoing any kind of physical or chemical treatment, a practice that allows it to reach the final consumer in all of its natural purity.

The geological characteristics of the region and a percolation process that spans more or less 2000 years give this mineral water a unique chemical composition which makes it incredibly natural.

Slightly alkaline (pH8), with a balanced hardness (113 mg of calcium per litre), very low in sodium (one of the lowest levels in the world), low in nitrites, nitrates and chlorine, and completely free of heavy metals, Theoni mineral water has magnificent organoleptic characteristics that make it one of the most distinguished waters of its type in all international competitions.

The Monde Selection jury was not mistaken in recognising the water’s “natural characteristics and exceptional purity…”

These remarkable attributes have made Theoni Mineral Water the recipient of Grand Gold award as well as this nomination for the Jury Prize.

“Each year, one product per category is awarded the Prize of the Jury as a token of excellence in know-how and quality. In order to qualify, the product must be unanimously selected as a “coup de cœur” by the jury members. The winner of the Prize of the Jury is then selected from a group of just 5 nominees, which makes this award an even greater honour for the recipient.”
