The nose is powerful yet refined, offering an expressive grainy aroma with a subtle herbaceous note. The olfactory experience is marked by the fine, delicate scent of black koji, which blends seamlessly with malty and roasted tones, showcasing a remarkable aromatic purity.

Upon tasting, the awamori sake delivers a powerful yet elegant initial burst of flavour with a touch of alcohol that quickly gives way to a smooth and pure flavour profile.
